Shipping & Delivery

  • After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
    1. Economy: 5 – 8 business days
    2. Standard: 3-4 business days
    3. Express: 1-2 business days
  • In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
  • If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

Order Issues

Why is my order taking longer to process than normal?

It typically takes 1-3 days to process your order. If your package exceeds the standard processing period, it’s normally due to the fact that a particular item(s) requires a longer processing time.

If you wish to receive the other items in your order ASAP, you may cancel the item(s) for a refund, so the remaining products can be shipped out immediately. You can also contact Customer Service to assist with issuing a separate shipment.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled if the order has not been shipped.

Note:

  1. We are not able to cancel an order that has been shipped. We recommend you do a return for a refund with our return label.

Can I change or modify my order?

Modifying shipping address:

  1. For unshipped orders, you can click edit your shipping address via “My Orders“.
  2. For already shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.

Changing sizes:

  1. For unpaid orders, you need to cancel the order in “My Orders” and place a new one with the correct size.
  2. For paid but unshipped orders, you may contact our customer service for changing sizes.
  3. For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. We recommend that you apply for a return after you receive the order.

Returns & Refunds

  1. You have 45 days from the date of your purchase to return items you have purchased. Return packages must be postmarked within 45 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after 45 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
  2. Return Shipping is free only for the first return per order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See “How do I make a return?” section for details).
  3. If you have already returned items from an order, but would like to return additional items from that order, you must do so within 45 days of the purchase date and pay for the return shipping. Use the shipping label provided and pay a $ 7.99 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

What is the status of my return or exchange?

It will take up to 7 business days to process your refund or exchange request after we receive your package.

Processing“: Return requested successfully, please wait patiently for the delivery.

Arrived at warehouse“: We will apply the refund/exchange once QC has been finished.

Refunded“: Refund initiated successfully.

 

What if my refund amount is incorrect?

You will be refunded according to the actual price paid for the items. Shipping fees is non-refundable. Please note that the first return label per order is free. Additional return requests for the same order will generate a $7.99 USD fee per label, and will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

What if I received a defective item? 

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the steps below within 45 days of placing your order:

1) Locate the order in ‘My orders‘. Click the ‘Return Item’ button.

2) Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.

Please note: You may be required to submit photos of items clearly showing any damages, defects, etc.

3) We will process your application and provide you with a refund or exchange of the item(s).

We accept the credit/debit cards listed above.

When you pay with a credit or debit card, you need the name printed on the card, the card number, the month and year the card expires, and the 3-digit or 4-digit security code.

This information, along with the billing address for the credit card, must be entered during the purchase process.
